The Medical Readiness Contracting Office East (MRCO-E) is issuing this Sources Sought Notice to find potential sources for the staffing, management, and maintenance of the Sterile Processing Department (SPD) at Keller Army Community Hospital (KACH) located in West Point, NY 10996. The required Salient Characteristics are attached in this posting. Contractors are encouraged to submit a capabilities statement that shows they meet the requirements of the Salient Characteristics. This proposed requirement is a one-year base period of performance with four (4) one-year option periods with an estimated start in October 2025. A sources-sought is a market research tool being used to determine availability and adequacy of potential business sources prior to determining the method of acquisition. The intent of this sources sought notice is to conduct market research to determine if responsible sources exist by determining if this effort can be successfully competed and/or set-aside for small businesses. Upon closing of this sources sought, the government will use the information to determine the best acquisition strategy for this procurement. This requirement is anticipated to result in the award of a single firm-fixed price contract. The government will not reimburse any company or individual for any expense associated with preparation or participation in this research.
