NOTICE: INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE
INTENT TO AWARD: The Department of Veterans Affairs, VAMC Providence, RI, intends to award one (1) Purchase Order for the supplies and installation services described in the enclosed Statement of Work (SOW).
INTERESTED PARTIES: However, any Contractor who believes that they have experience and capability to provide equipment and perform installation on equipment described in the enclosed Statement of Work (SOW) may express interest by submitting a written capability statement or letter of interest to pearl.wray@va.gov by 4:30 PM EST, by 2/28/2025. BACKGROUND: The SSC 4500DX Sterile Storage Cabinet a sterile supply cabinet used to store equipment and supplies required to be maintained within controlled humidity and temperature ranges. The cabinet can maintain user-specified humidity and temperature setpoints and alarm if the cabinet environment is outside of user-specified limits (due to loss of power, equipment failure, lack of water).
WORK DESCRIPTION: The successful contractor shall provide three (3) Air Innovations SSC 4500DX Sterile Supply Cabinets with installation, and Three (3) preventative maintenance kits. All work shall be performed in accordance with the enclosed SOW.
