The Michael E. DeBakey Medical Center is requesting the purchase of:
(2) AMSCO® 250LS Small Steam Sterilizer, 20" x 20" x 38" (508 x 508 x 965 mm). Manual operated vertical sliding door Amsco 250LS sterilizer, state-of-the-art technology, including an Allen-Bradley MicroLogix (TM) control system with enhanced functionality and A-B PanelView Plus (TM) 600 interface screen and modularized vessel and piping for increased dependability and reduced servicing time. Door seal steam-activated, and warranted for 2 years.
(3) 150 KW Electric Generator, 480v, Carbon Steel 150kw - 476.3 lbs/hr output (144.3 kg/hr) High-quality (97% vapor quality. Must include automatic control for heating section water level control and steam pressure controls to control operating pressure and monitor high pressure limit, auxiliary low water cut-off feature to turn off heating elements in the event of level control failure. Heating section isulated with 2” thick glass fiber and kit, auto flush and drain B.
(2) 100 KW Electric Generator, 480v, Carbon Steel 150kw - 317.5 lbs/hr output (216.5 kg/hr) High-quality (97% vapor quality. Must include automatic control for heating section water level control and steam pressure controls to control operating pressure and monitor high pressure limit, auxiliary low water cut-off feature to turn off heating elements in the event of level control failure.
