This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Products and Commercial Services, in conjunction with FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is HT941025Q2086. It is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-04 effective 06/11/2025. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 811210. The size standard is $34M (Millions of Dollars). This procurement will be competed as a full and open competition which is 100% set aside for small business. Naval Hospital Camp Pendleton requires preventative service of all equipment listed on the Steris equipment listed on the SOW. Services include preventative and corrective maintenance and technical support for the Sterile processing Department a period of performance of 12-months base period plus four 12-months option periods. See SOW for the specific equipment to be serviced.
