***INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE NOTICE-*** Estimated Date of Award: 1 Oct, 2025Synopsis:Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Network Contracting Office 7 (NCO 7) intends to award a sole source contract award to STERIS Corp, 5960 HEISLEY ROAD, Mentor, OH 44060-1834. The period of performance for contract award will be from October 1, 2025, through September 30, 2030. This requirement is to provide full-service preventative maintenance and emergency support service for two Minntech Endoscope Reprocessors located at Central Alabama Veterans Healthcare System, 215 Perry Hill Rd, Montgomery, Alabama, 36109. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to meet the requirements and authorization from the manufacturer confirming your firm s approval to perform maintenance on Steris proprietary equipment. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
