STATEMENT OF WORK (SOW)

FOR

ALLIED SYSTEMS BOAT DAVIT MODEL DDP11000CT on USCGC STONE

Background. CGC Stone is experiencing various issues with the Dual Point Davit resulting in the damage of wire ropes and inconsistent constant tension (CT) operation.

Scope. The Contractor shall provide a qualified Tech Rep. from Allied Systems, to accomplish all tasking. The Tech Rep will be responsible for the following: Embark CGC Stone in Port Everglades, FL and conduct an overnight transit to Charleston, SC. During the transit advise on manufacturer-s proprietary information pertinent to the system. Ensure ships force compliance with manufacturer-s operation procedures throughout multiple evolutions.
Objective. The objective of this requirement is to return the Dual Point Davit to safe and reliable normal operations.
Delivery. Contractor shall provide a final report within 3 days of contract period of performance.
