This is not a solicitation/request for proposal. The solicitation/request for proposal will be forth coming. When issued the Solicitation/Request for Proposal can be found on the DSCC Bid website at http://dibbs.dscc.dla.mil/rfp/.
The subject requirement is for the acquisition of NSN 6140-01-399-6835. This will be solicited as an IndefiniteQuantity Long Term Contract containing a 3-year base period and 2 (1) year options. The total duration, base plusoption years, shall not exceed 5 years. The solicitation will be issued using FAR Part 12 procedures.
Items will be shipped to various stocking locations within the continental United States. Various incrementalquantities will be solicited. While price is a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision willbe based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in thesolicitation.
