(4) Description.
(i) Storage Facility lease of 2,532 sq. ft. located in Brownsville, TX. The Brownsville Storage Facility serves as a secure location for storing supplies and equipment that support APHIS mission in Mexico, the Caribbean, and other international locations. The facility holds items such as computers, uniforms, testing supplies and equipment that cannot be shipped directly by vendors to overseas locations. It also serves as a temporary holding area for testing samples before they are forwarded to designated laboratories.
Requirements:
Must include at least one dedicated parking space for loading and unloading supplies and equipment
The parking space should be near the storage area to facilitate easy movement of items.
Must provide secure storage with proper locking mechanisms to prevent unauthorized access.
The facility must be well maintained and clean.
Storage conditions must protect items from damage caused by environmental factors.
Located within 10 miles of the international bridge and Department of State delivery location in Brownsville, TX
Cost should include all utilities
Storage facilities must include a bathroom within the space.
