Description
The NASA Glenn Research Center (GRC) has a requirement for Stormwater Pollution Prevention Software.
NASA GRC intends to issue a sole source purchase order to Storm Water Simplified Ltd. | 2 Berea Commons Suite 1, Berea, OH 44017, under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). It has been determined that Storm Water Simplified Ltd. is the sole entity which can provide Stormwater Pollution Prevention Software to NASA GRC without introducing substantial duplication of cost to the Government.
NASA GRC will be the procuring center for this effort. Performance will be located at NASA GRC and Armstrong Test Facility (ATF).
Under the subject purchase order, the Government intends to acquire commercial services using the provisions, clauses, and procedures prescribed in FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13.
The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 513210 - Software Publishers.
The Product/Service Code (PSC) for this procurement is DA10 - IT and Telecom-Business Application/Application Development Software as a Service.
A draft Statement of Work has been attached to this posting for review by interested parties.
Interested parties may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform the effort in writing to the identified point of contact no later than 4:00pm Eastern Time on 9/1/2025. Such capabilities/qualifications will be evaluated solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed effort on a full and open competition basis, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government.
