BACKGROUND, SCOPE, AND CAPABILITY REQUIREMENTS:
United States Fleet Forces Command (USFFC) has a need for a non-personal services contract to provide accurate and timely analytical services to enable Fleet readiness production in support of operational requirements to include: strategic planning, engagement and communications, risk identification, assessment, analysis, associated mitigation strategy development programs and ultimately the needs of Fleet Operating Forces. This requirement will directly support USFF headquarters. The contractor shall provide technical expertise, advanced data analytics, quantitative and qualitative research, executive communication products, and process improvement support to the Fleet Strategy and Engagement Division; specifically, in the area of strategic engagement, to include congressional analysis as they relate to USFF programs.
