Description
The National Guard Bureau (NGB) seeks corporate information and capabilities statements from qualified 8(a) companies.
Scope: Non-personal services to provide strategic planning, policy analysis, research analysis, and implementation management support to the Joint Staff, Manpower and Personnel Directorate, National Guard Bureau (NGB-J1).
Objectives: Project schedule and critical path requirements for Chief, National Guard Bureau (CNGB) Issuances. NGB-J1 coordination on Joint Strategic Planning System (JSPS) products including overlap with JSPS inputs led by other NGB directorates, and NGB-J1 development of National Guard Strategic Planning system NGSPS products. Monitoring of CNGB and NGB responsibility implementation across NGB; NGB Strategic Plan implementation tracker to analyze lead and supporting offices across objectives, interdependencies of objectives, and document progress and obstacles; and Multiple-Objective Decision Analysis to support senior leader decisions with regard to NGB Strategic Plan implementation where multiple objectives and stakeholders are involved. Conduct research analysis. A critical requirement is Workload Management via the Enterprise Task Management Software Solution (ETMS2) automated workload system; the contractor shall complete appropriate staff analysis for coordination, task dissemination, managing the process of receiving input, and packaging the task for appropriate level of review within the suspense timeline by facilitating the completion of workflow packets, reviewing packets prior to uploading, and completing tasks for the J1.
The Government does not permit the contractor to telework in support of this requirement; teleworking is not authorized.
Clearances: Secret clearances are required.
