SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT FOR STRATEGIC LEADERSHIP FELLOWS PROGRAM (SLFP) AT OFFUTT AFB, NE
INTRODUCTION This is a Sources Sought synopsis being conducted pursuant to FAR Part 10, Market Research. This is for planning purposes only and there is no solicitation available at this time. This is an initial step in the planning process for performing a custom-tailored, six (6) credit hour professional development program which includes two (2) concurrent, interconnected three (3)credit hour (letter graded), 13 week graduate-level courses for ten USSTRATCOM civilian employees located in Bellevue, Nebraska. The Government is contemplating award of a Firm Fixed Price Contract. The 55th Contracting Squadron at Offutt Air Force Base, Nebraska, seeks potential sources to provide the professional development program for USSTRATCOM located in Bellevue, Nebraska. The potential sources shall: be fully accredited by the Higher Learning Commission (HLC); have student learning facilities located within 15 driving miles of Offutt Air Force Base (AFB), Nebraska; Offer a Master-s degree program in: 1) Business Management (MBA), OR 2) Political Science, International Security, International Relations, or similar. Offer a 3-credit hour, graduate-level course covering techniques for team building, collaborative leadership, interpersonal collaboration, conflict resolution, consensus-building, creative problem solving, negotiation, facilitation, group process design, and collaboration engineering. Offer a 3-credit hour, graduate-level course on strategic deterrence and international relations.
