Description
The Bureau of Land Management, Oregon State Office, intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price Sole Source Contract to Douglas County, 1036 SE Douglas Rm 301, Roseburg OR, 97470.The requirement is for stream gauge data in Douglas County.The Government requires collection and delivery of stream gauge data at eight established locations within the Umpqua River Basin. Work will involve the collection and delivery of stream gauge data at the established locations on the Umpqua River Basin within the vicinity of Roseburg District area of responsibility. Data will be provided in real time to the U.S. Geological Survey website in no less than 15 minute increments. The gauges measure stage, discharge, water temperature, pH, turbidity, specific conductance and dissolved oxygen. The work will include maintaining the gauging station and ensuring that the data is transmitted in real time. In addition, the data will be verified to ensure that it is accurate, and will then be delivered via the internet.This will be awarded on a sole source basis under the procedures of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 13.5.The applicable NAICS is 541620, Environmental Consulting ServicesThe size standard is $19,000,000.THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. No solicitation package is available and telephone inquiries will not be honored. This is a notice of intent to award a sole source action; however, all interested persons that identify their intent and capabilities to satisfy the Government's requirement received will be considered.
