Madison, Mount Pleasant, TX 75455. They can also be submitted electronically on our website at www.bidnetdirect.com//mpcity. All vendors need to register, going forward this is how The City of Mount Pleasant will be conducting the bid process.Bids must be in a sealed envelope, with the bid number, opening date and time, and item to be bid marked clearly on the lower left-hand corner of the envelope, if submitted at City Hall. Bids will be opened at 10am by Bid Sync and will automatically generate the online submission and populate the grids.
