- The Tuolumne County Sheriff-s Office plans to temporarily relocate its 911 Dispatch Center from 28 N. Lower Sunset to 18440 Striker Court, utilizing available space within the existing Ambulance/Fire/EOC Headquarters.The 911 Dispatch Center is a critical component of the County-s emergency response system, providing reliable, efficient, and timely services to our community. In moments of crisis—when every second counts—residents and visitors depend on our dispatchers to connect them with life-saving assistance, ensuring a swift and coordinated response.To meet the technical requirements of the Dispatch Center in its new location, the County must establish a second-floor Intermediate Distribution Frame (IDF). This IDF will connect to the Main Distribution Frame (MDF) using a combination of fiber optic and UTP Category cabling. It will provide the essential infrastructure to support dispatch workstations and ensure seamless communication with external emergency services and the general public.
