Intent to Sole SourceThe Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 2, hereby provides notice of its intent to award a sole-source, firm-fixed-price contract, to Stryker Sales, LLC, 1941 Stryker Way, Portage, MI 49024. The period of performance for this contract award will be October 1, 2025, to September 30, 2026, with the provision of one (1) option years. A Justification and Approval for Other Than Full and Open Competition will be prepared. The contract will provide full-service contract on two (2) Stryker Neptune 2 and nine (9) Stryker Neptune 3 Rovers at the Syracuse VA Medical Center, located at 800 Irving Avenue, Syracuse, NY 13210. Preventative maintenance is required on this equipment semi-annually. This service agreement shall include scheduled preventative maintenance services, and unscheduled repairs.NAICS code: 811310 Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance.THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. However, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement no later than August 15, 2025, at 10:00 am, EDT.A determination not to compete this requirement, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.The Department of Veterans Affairs will NOT be responsible for any costs incurred by interested parties in responding to this notice of intent. Only written responses will be considered. All responses from responsible sources will be fully considered.
