NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE
Contracting Department, Marine Corps Installations East, Camp Lejeune intends to issue a Sole Source contract to Stryker Corporation. This procurement, for Marine Corps Air Station Beaufort Fire & Emergency services, is being conducted under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b).
The required ProCare Services are only provided by Stryker Corporation. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 811210 with the size standard of $34 million.
This notice of intent is not a request for quotes. All responses must be submitted to the Government point of contact at the email address shown below. A determination by the Government to not open the requirement to competition, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government.
