1.0 General Information
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written
solicitation will not be issued. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure they have the most up to date information about this acquisition. No partial quotes will be considered. No partial awards will be made.
The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 517810 - All Other Telecommunications; the size standard is $40,000,000. The resultant contract is intended to be awarded as a one-time, firm-fixed price contract. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2020-04. This requirement will be awarded on an all or none basis as a commercial item under the procedures at FAR Parts 12 and 13.
2.0 Supplies or Services
The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) requests firm-fixed pricing in accordance with the information listed in this document and the attached Statement of Work (SOW). Shipping cost (within CONUS) is to be included in vendor-s pricing. The work is to be performed during the timeframe of March 2025 to May 27, 2025. The Government will furnish materials for the repairs and installation at the Indiantown Stuart site location in Indiantown/Palm City, FL location. The cables will be name brand Andrew AVA7-50 coax cables. All the hangers used will be Butterfly type connectors for the installation with the manufacturing number of 42396A-2. New lines will be attached to the outside leg of the tower (please see the attached photos). The new cable and materials will not need to be painted to match the towers.
