Specifications Can Be Found In The Attached Document Entitled ¿stubbs Hall Specs. Pricing Must Include All Applicable Costs For Products Or Services, Including Any Applicable Shipping Charges Fob Destination To Douglas, Ga, And All Other Requirements As Outlined In The Bid Specs. All Questions Must Be Submitted To The Procurement Office Via The Questions Function On This Solicitation. Pre-bid Conference Information: Please Note There Is A Mandatory Pre-bid Conference At 10am On Tuesday, November 11, 2025, At The Project Site, Stubbs Hall, 100 W. College Park Drive, Douglas, Ga. Bid Opening Will Be At 10am On December 2, 2025, In Room 226 Of Richie Hall, 100 College Park Drive, Douglas, Ga. All Bids Must Be On The Table In Richie Hall, Room 226, By 10am. Single Award: Any Contract Award Resulting From This Rfq Will Be Made To The Lowest, Responsive And Responsible Supplier Meeting All Specifications, And With Whom South Georgia State College Has Reached Agreement On All Contract Terms And Conditions.
