Description : The Pennsylvania Department of Drug and Alcohol Programs (DDAP) wishes to procure a Software as a Service (SaaS) Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Treatment and Prevention Data Reporting System to serve the providers and Single County Authorities that provide services to prevent and treat substance use disorder. The system-s primary objective is to fulfill Treatment Episode Data Set (TEDS) reporting requirements under the Substance Abuse Prevention and Treatment Block Grant (SAPTBG) and the State Opioid Response (SOR) grant. The goal is to have an integrated, web-based system which enables streamlined data collection; encourages collaboration among providers and DDAP; provides a user-friendly reporting interface for all users; and minimizes disruptions to the field.
