Description:
The EasterlyWastewater Treatment Plant (EWWTP), Southerly and Westerly Wastewater TreatmentCenters (SWWTC orWWWTC)and theWesterly andEasterly Tunnel Dewatering Pump Stations(WTDPSor ETDPS)are owned andoperatedby the Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District (NEORSD)withelectrical substations and main switchgearsfor energy transmission.The purpose of this bid, and the requirement contract awarded following an evaluation of the bids received, is to providepreventative and breakdown maintenance,cleaning, andtestingand calibrationof plantand pump stationelectrical distribution equipment, as well asnecessaryrepairs.NEORSD will host a mandatory pre-bid meeting at 10:00 A.M. on Thursday, April 2, 2026, at SWWTC. 6000 Canal RoadCuyahoga Hts, Ohio 44125NEORSD requires a mandatory site inspection of SWWTC. The additional locations, EWWTP, WWWTC, WTDPS and ETDPS do not require a mandatory site inspection, however a site inspection of these sites can be requested once theSWWTCsite inspectionis completedcontractorsshall make the requestto view other facilitiesthroughMonica Rose, Contract Administration Managerwho will be onsite.
