This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive proposals or quotes. This is not a solicitation or request to offers. No solicitation package is available and telephone request will not be honored.
The Naval Special Warfare Command (NSWC), Contracting Department, San Diego CA, 92155 intends to solicitate and award Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order to D3 Diving for the procurement of SUEX NERO Dive Propulsion Device Parts.
The contract action is for commercial services acquired accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Subpart 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures; only one source under authority FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i).
