Description
The purpose of this sources sought is to identify sources capable of providing a wheeled storage case with the capacity to fit the Western Shelter System SG-1935 shelter for transportation.
Specification Details are as following:
Wheeled Storage Case (CA-943448TC or equal to), constructed of 0.080" 6016-T6 Aluminum and a powder-coated finish with pneumatic tires or upfitted wheels for terrain outside the standard use.
Quantity: One (1)
Delivery: As soon as possible within Fiscal Year 2025.

Requirement is for the Hawaii Air National Guard Fatality Search and Recovery team. Contractors that recogonize and can provide/supply this request are encouraged to identify themselves. Please respond via email with Contractor's capabilities and delivery lead time to Emma Newbegin, emma.a.newbegin.civ@army.mil by 12:00PM EST on 15 AUG 2025. No telephone requests will be accepted. This is a market survey and should not be construed as a Request for Quote (RFQ) or as an obligation on the part of the governement. The Government does not intend to award a purchase order on the basis of this sources sought or otherwise pay for the information solicited. The Hawaii Air National Guard will only utilize the information provided by Contractors in developing an acquistion approach.
