- Bid Synopsis:The Department of Health Services (DHS), Division of Care and Treatment Services (DCTS) is seeking to conduct a Request for Bid (RFB). The resulting contract will facilitate the procurement and utilization of mobile platforms in support of clients on supervised release. The utilization includes the operation and maintenance of the device(s) to deliver behavioral and/or healthcare services to a client residence.
