The National Park Service, Yosemite National Park, has a requirement for the supply and delivery of a multi-channel voice logging and recorder system to include licenses, installation, and training for the Yosemite Primary 911 Public Safety Answering Point (PSAP) Emergency Communications Center (ECC) for the Park located in Mariposa County, California. See Specifications Attachment One for the full requirement. This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS / SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2023-04 (effective June 2, 2023). The solicitation number is 140P8523Q0038 and is issued as a Request for Quotation for a firm fixed price commercial services contract. The performance period is from July 20, 2023, to October 31, 2023. This solicitation is a 100% total small business set-aside in accordance with FAR 19.502-2, and the NACIS code is 334220 with an associated small business size standard of 1,250 employees. The government intends to award a single firm fixed price contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible Offeror (pursuant to FAR subpart 9.1) based on price and technical capability.The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition.
