Enclosed is a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for Supply and Installation of Fire Alarm System at American Center, U S Embassy New Delhi, India. If you would like to submit a quotation, follow the instructions in Section J of the solicitation, complete the required portions of the attached document, and submit it to the address provided in para 4 below.
The Embassy intends to conduct a site visit on May 14, 2025, at 1100 hours (India Time), at American Center, 24 Kasturba Gandhi Marg, Near Barakhamba Metro Station, New Delhi - 110001, India. Prospective offerors who desire to participate in the site visit should send their interest to ChellaramaniA@state.gov no later than 1400 hrs. (India Time) May 12, 2025.
All requests for clarification must be submitted in writing via E-mail to ChellaramaniA@state.gov by 1400 hrs. (India Time) May 17, 2025. Responses shall be provided to all contractors who showed their interest in doing business with USG. No questions shall be answered received after 1400 hrs. (India Time) May 17, 2025.
Quotations are due by 1700 hrs. (India Time) of May 27, 2025. Your quotation must be submitted electronically to Newdelhibids@state.gov with the subject line “Solicitation No. 191N6525Q0068 for Supply and Installation of Fire Alarm System”. The file size must not exceed 10MB. If the file size exceeds 10MB, the submission must be made in separate files and attached to separate emails with less than 10MB each.
No quotations shall be accepted after this time. Quotations must be in English. Incomplete quotations will not be accepted. Quotation submitted to any other e-mail ID other than Newdelhibids@state.gov shall be rejected and dealt in accordance with FAR provision 52.215-1.
