Enclosed is a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for the supply and installation of a photovoltaic System at the U.S. Embassy in Belgrade, Serbia. If you would like to submit quotation, follow the instructions in Section 3 of the solicitation, complete the required portions of the attached document, and submit it to the address shown on the Standard Form 18 that follows this letter.
The U.S. Government intends to award a contract/purchase order to the responsible company submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract/purchase order based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.
The Embassy intends to conduct a pre-quotation conference at the site, see FAR clause 52.237-1 SITE VISIT (APR 1984) in the solicitation for the time and date, and how to apply for attendance.
Direct any questions regarding this solicitation by email in English exclusively to BLG-Procurement@state.gov no later than close of business on May 5, 2025. Questions will not be accepted after this date. Answers will be posted on the Embassy web page where the solicitation is publicized. It is your responsibility to monitor the web page for any new information which may be posted until the solicitation response date.
In order for a quotation to be considered, you must also complete and submit the following:
1. A completed Form SF-182. Section 1, Pricing3. Section 5 Representations and Certifications4. Additional information as required in Section 35. Proof of SAM Registration
Quotes may be submitted in electronic format and must be submitted via email only to BLG-Procurement@state.gov in Adobe Acrobat pdf format. Quotes submitted to any other email address will not be considered.
