NSN 5342-014675645; CAP, FILLER OPENING; WSIC F; IQC PR 1000213494. THIS PART IS MANUFACTURED BY SHAW DEVELOPMENT, LLC (CAGE 59647) under Part Numbers 920-0121-01.
THIS SOLICITATION WILL RESULT IN AN INDEFINITE QUANTITY CONTRACT (IQC) FOR A BASE PERIOD OF 1 YEARS WITH one (1) OPTION. THE ESTIMATED ANNUAL QUANITTY IS 840 EACH; THE MINIMUM DELIVERY ORDER QUANTITY IS 208 EACH; THE MAXIMUM DELIVERY ORDER QUANTITY IS 840 EACH. CONTRACTOR FIRST ARTICLE TESTING IS REQUIRED. THE TOTAL DELIVERY DATE WILL BE 325 DAYS TO INCLUDE 12O DAYS FOR CONTRACTOR TO SUBMIT THE FAT REPORT, 60 DAYS FOR THE GOVERNMENT TO EVALUATE AND NOTIFY CONTRACTOR, AND 145 DAYS FOR CONTRACTOR TO DELIVER THE PRODUCTION UNITS TO THE GOVERNMENT. INSPECTION AND ACCPETANCE WILL BE AT ORIGIN, FOB IS AT DESTINATION. THIS IS A DLA DIRECT PROCUREMENT. THE SOLICITATION WILL BE ISSUED AS AN UNRESTRICTED PROCUREMENT (OTHER THAN FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION NOT PREVIOUSLY ADDRESSED). THIS IS NOT A CRITICAL SAFETY ITEM. PRICE, PAST PERFORMANCE AND DELIVERY WILL BE EQUALLY WEIGHTED. THE FINAL CONTRACT AWARD DECISION MAY BE BASED UPON A COMBINATION OF PRICE, PAST PERFORMANCE, SPRS AND OTHER EVALUATION FACTORS AS DESCRIBED IN THE SOLICITATION. THIS REQUEST IS FOR A WIRTTEN QUOTE.
