This announcement aims to identify qualified contractors with expertise in technical market advice, forecasting, analysis, and program management. GSA currently manages an energy portfolio including:
Natural gas:
398 accounts,
21.5 million dekatherms annually, 137 contracts across 80 utilities in 35 states Electricity:
927 accounts,
4.6 billion kilowatt hours annually, 32 contracts across 30 utilities in 15 statesGSA procures utility services under 40 U.S.C. § 501(b) and § 502. Executive Order 14057 sets a goal of 100% carbon pollution-free electricity by 2030, including 50% 24/7 CFE.
