The Embassy of the United States of American New Delhi invites you to submit your competitive proposal for supply of VAN, (13+1-seater), Right Hand Drive (RHD), EURO/BS-VI as described in the specification.

All requests for clarification must be submitted in writing via E-mail at kamathsp@state.gov on or before March 25, 2025.

Please submit your quote via email at newdelhibids@state.gov, no later than April 4, 2025 (05:00PM New Delhi, India time). Offers submitted on any other e-mail shall not be considered for further evaluation.

It is important to make sure the submission is made in specific size and format; in MS-Word 2007/2010 or MS-Excel 2007/2010 or Adobe Acrobat (pdf) file format. The file size must not exceed 30MB.
