Description
This Request for Quote (RFQ) is to supply wire rope for JT Myers Lock and Dam that meets the specification herein. The wire rope shall be delivered to the Louisville Repair Station (LRS), 2605 Shippingport Drive, Louisville, KY 40212-101, please see the SOW that is attached for more information. The contractor will provide all necessary management, personnel, materials, supplies, tools, equipment, fuel, and vehicles, except as otherwise provided herein, required to perform the work as specified and in strict accordance with all Terms, Conditions, General, Specific and Technical Provisions, Drawings, Attachments, Exhibits, etc., contained herein or incorporated by reference. The performance and responsibility of the contractor shall include all planning, programming, administration, management, supervision, communications, and inspection necessary to assure that all services are conducted in accordance with the contract requirements and all applicable Federal, State, and local laws and regulations.

Included with this solicitation are five (5) numbered attachments that correspond to the exhibit table within the solicitation. Please review all five (5) attachments for additional information about the scope of work, how to submit questions related to this solicitation to the Government through ProjNet, and how to submit your quotes before the deadline on 05 May 2025 at 10:00 AM ET. Please fill out the separate Price Breakout Schedule (PBS) and include the PBS with your quote. Failure to include a completed PBS with your quote will be considered an incomplete offeror and will not be included for evaluation.
