Hello -
Brookhaven Science Associates, LLC (BSA) operator of Brookhaven National Laboratory (BNL) under a Prime Contract with the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) solicits your quote for research and development support of Center for Multiscale Applied Sensing (CMAS) Urban Weather Research within the United States. Requirements for this solicitation are outlined in the attached RFQ Document.

Price Quote:
The Offeror shall complete and return the attached Quotation Pricing Sheet. Pricing shall remain firm for sixty (60) days to allow time for review, selection, and award. Prices shall be quoted in U.S. Dollars. The Offeror shall provide the requested information for listed Technical Qualifiers as detailed in section 2.1. Other Submittals:
SAM Unique Entity Identification (UEI) Number within attached Quotation Pricing Sheet, as well as affirm Representations and Certifications and size status are accurate and up to date in SAM. CRITICAL DATES Questions Due Date: Wednesday, July 16, 2025, at 4:00PM Eastern Standard TimeQuote Due Date: Friday, August 01, 2025, at 4:00PM Eastern Standard Time
Anticipated Delivery Date: The base period is two (2) months. BSA has the sole discretion to extend the base period in two (2) month increments, up to a total of twelve (12) months. Additionally, BSA reserves the right to extend in two (2) month increments up to two (2) one (1) year option periods, allowing for a potential total Subcontract term of three (3) years.
