1. This is not a Request for Quote (RFQ); it is a source sought notice for market research purposes.2. The Bureau of Reclamation is seeking Technical Support Services for the Long-Term Operation of the Central Valley Project. A draft of the Performance Work Statement (PWS) is attached.3. This will be a hybrid contract, including both Firm Fixed Price and Labor-Hour components.4. The contract will span 5 years, consisting of one base year plus four optional years.5.
