This is a pre-solicitation notice, a solicitation is being forecasted for 13 June 2023 with proposals being due 13 July 2023. The requirement is for non-personal service to provide operational, technical, scientific, programmatic l, medical, and administrative assistance to the Government for all specimen acquisition, processing/handling; implementation and maintenance of all pre-test, test, and post-test quality indicators for report of clinical screening, confirmatory testing, infection classification, diagnosis, clinical monitoring (viral load), or therapeutic monitoring (resistance genotype) results for US Service members and their Beneficiaries with highest integrity; execute serological, immunological, protein, and/or molecular testing in support of clinical service delivery and translational research, vaccine, therapeutic, and cure initiatives/studies, input/process data files, analyze data, assist in the preparation of reports, manuscripts, military briefings, and scientific presentations.
The contractor shall provide programmatic assistance with project development and coordination, protocol development and coordination, coordination of collaborative project teams, and project / protocol execution. In addition, the Contractor shall:
Provide operational, technical, scientific, medical, and administrative assistance for execution of best-in-class P&E pathogens screening, confirmation/infection detection, clinical and therapeutic monitoring, for US Service members, their Beneficiaries, translational, vaccine, therapeutic, and cure study participants, and global health communities. \ Provide operational, technical, scientific, medical, and administrative assistance in maintenance and advancement as international leader in (1) development and deployment of P&E pathogen diagnostic countermeasures; and, (2) generation of laboratory data for development of Knowledge Products to inform DoD/Service Specific, US National, and/or Global Health ... - Documents:
