Description:
Request for proposals are invited for Supporting Resources for Online Course with Mixed Cohort The budget for this project is not to exceed $1,500 Proposals must include the following components:  Written proposal detailing applicant-s relevant experience including examples of online workshops delivered, examples of peacebuilding or conflict resolution work to build mutual understanding between people of opposing viewpoints, and a workshop outline. o Proposal should demonstrate familiarity with the work of experts in the field of nonviolence, including Marshall Rosenberg-s approaches to non-violent communication or Martin Luther King-s principles of non-violence.  Curriculum Vitae (CV)  Proposed budget, including fixed fee for activities, or hourly rate and number of hours estimated for completion of the SOW.  At least one reference pertaining to the scope of the project. Technical Qualifications:  Alignment of workshop plan with project needs and workshop goals Past Performance and Related Experience:  Demonstrated experience delivering online workshops  Demonstrated expertise in supporting non-violent communication skills  Experience with the target population Cost Proposal:  Reasonableness of fee/rate relative to qualifications and industry standards
