The Contracting Department, Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistic Center (FLC), Norfolk, VA, 23511-3392 intends to award a single award, Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract utilizing the policies and procedures of FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR 13.5 and Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Products and Commercial Services.
