The Contracting Department, NAVSUP Fleet Logistic Center (FLC), Norfolk, Va, 23511 intends to award a sole source contract for Naval Atlantic Meteorology and Oceanography Center Norfolk-s (NAVLANTMETOCCEN-s) Naval Ice Center, part of the U.S. National Ice Center (USNIC). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 334513. The resulting contract will be procured from Pacific Gyre. NAVLANTMETOCCEN has a requirement to acquire 62 buoys. The required period of performance is 90 days after contract award. See the attached sole source justification for additional information regarding the sole source determination. The notice of intent is NOT a request for proposals or quotations.
