Description:
The City of Santa Monica, (referred to hereafter as “the City”) is inviting proposals from qualified persons or firms interested in offering youth surf camps, beach activity camps, beach sports camps and semi-private/private surfing instruction and classes for an initial term of one year, with four (4) options for renewal of one year each, to be exercised at the City-s sole discretion.Independent Provider permits will be issued for:Surf Camps and Classes at assigned locationsPrivate/Semi-Private Surf Instruction with Multiple Instructors at a designated assigned locationPrivate/Semi-Private Surf Instruction by a Single Instructor at various locationsBeach Activity Camps at assigned locationsPermits are issued for areas on Santa Monica State Beach. Tower location assignments and the number of permits available to be issued are subject to change.
