Description:
Description : The California Governor¿s Office of Emergency Services requires assistance to the Cal OES Recovery Directorate (Cal OES Recovery) to oversee planning and implementation of statewide recovery operations, including staffing and management of a Joint Field Office (JFO) to coordinate resources (personnel, technical assistance, funding) effectively with the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and other State and federal agency partners. Contractor resources will be allocated to support disaster recovery and mitigation associated with the Los Angeles County Firestorm Major Disaster Declaration (DR-4856), as well as future and ongoing disaster recovery and mitigation efforts for other federally declared events.During the life of this contract, Contractor personnel will be expected to develop training programs, document work procedures, and develop other resources to support professional development and expertise of Cal OES Recovery fulltime staff.
