Question 1: Are there patient lifts in the rooms?Answer 1: There are patient lifts in the rooms as noted on the RCP. The lifts are Arjo MS2 lifts, see attached brochures.Question 2: Could you please send the CAD files for the four rooms we are quoting (D156, D129, D112, D109)?Answer 2: CAD file is available. If you need a copy of the CAD file, please request via email to the Contracting Officer at jeffrey.rozema@va.gov.Question 3: Based on the site visit on Friday 6/6/2025, we would like to request more detail concerning the planned structure for the mounts for the booms and lights. Would the equipment boom, lights and monitors be installed on a single ceiling mount or on separate ceiling mounts? The using service seemed to indicate that there were additional drawings available showing said structure. Answer 3: The structure for the mounts for the booms and lights will be created by the general contractor performing the space renovations, based on what the awardee for the boom system submits. Until the specific boom system equipment is known, details on the structure support are not known. Regarding single versus separate ceiling mounts, we are not specifying it has to be one or the other, either will be acceptable. - Documents:
