This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
BACKGROUND:
The Great Plains Area Indian Health Service, Pine Ridge Comprehensive Health Care Facility (PRCHCF) are requesting for offers for a contractor to deliver surgical fragmentation sets in strict accordance with the attached Specifications. Per FAR 6.302-1(c)(1) the Government has identified a specific brand name and will only accept offers using the brand name justification - Brand Name Only is attached.

EVALUATION CRITERIA:
This procurement is being conducted under FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The Government reserves the right to issue a firm-fixed price single award or multiple awards to the contractor(s) whose offer represents the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA); award will be made on the basis of the lowest evaluated price of proposals meeting or exceeding the acceptability standards for non-cost factors.
