This is a Request for Quote (RFQ). The government anticipates awarding a firm-fixed price contract resulting from this solicitation. All respondents must have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov. Interested SDVOSBs must be listed and certified at SBA Veteran Small Business Certification (VetCert) https://veterans.certify.sba.gov/ to receive contract awards. Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 16, is soliciting offers for Surgical Instrument Sharpening. The Contractor shall provide services for sharpening, repair, test, inspect, and assessment of surgical instruments used in the operating rooms and in clinical procedures. Surgical instruments need to be sharpened and maintained for optimal performance in accordance with the details outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Work will be performed for the Alexandria VA HealthCare System, 2495 Shreveport Hwy 71, Pineville, LA, 71360. Offeror shall submit technical questions to the Government in writing via email only and No Later Than Wednesday 2:30 P.M. Central Daylight Time (CDT), 03/14/2025.
