Description
The Indian Health Service, Gallup Service Unit, located in Gallup, NM, has an upcoming requirement for Surgical Trauma Sets for the Perioperative Department. Options are anticipated as follows: Base Year: 09/01/2025 through 08/31/2026, First Option Period: 09/01/2026 through 08/31/2027, Second Option Period: 09/01/2027 through 08/31/2028, Third Option Period: 09/01/2028 through 08/31/2029 and Fourth Option Period: 09/01/2029 through 08/31/2030 IAW FAR 17.207(c)(4). The North American Industry Classification System or NAICS code is 339112 Surgical and Medical instruments.
The Request for Quotations No. 75H71025Q00252 using the principles of FAR 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items in conjunction with FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be issued on or by 08/08/2025. Evaluation factors may include technical capability to meet the specifications IAW Attachment A - Statement of Work, Delivery Schedule and price. The Government will keep the solicitation posted and open for quotes until 08/19/2025. This acquisition is unrestricted.
