Description:
The County of San Mateo is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors to provide two categories of services: (1) ongoing warehouse storage and inventory management for County-owned surplus modular furniture and ergonomic equipment, and (2) on-call furniture services including installation, reconfiguration, teardown, and related support. The storage and inventory management services will be overseen and funded by the County-s Sustainability Department, while the on-call installation and reconfiguration services will be requested and paid for by individual County departments on an as-needed basis. This Request for Proposals (RFP) outlines the scope of services, expectations, and qualifications required for both areas of work. Respondents may propose to provide services for ONE or BOTH of Scope 2.1 and/or 2.2 mentioned below. One consultant may be selected to provide services for both programs, or more than one consultant may be selected for each program.
