Sealed Bids Will Be Received For The Cdbg No. 24p-x-001-2-6387 At The Surrency City Hall, 64 Hart Street, Surrency, Georgia 31563 Until 11:00 A.m. (local Time), On November 20, 2025 , At Which Time They Will Be Publicly Opened And Read. The Work Under This Contract Will Consist Generally Of The Following: The Construction Of ± 0.34 Miles Of Grading Complete, Paving And All Appurtenances Necessary For A Complete Job. Work Includes Resurfacing Of Already Paved Streets And Crowning Of The Dirt Roads. All Work On The Project Must Be Completed Within 180 Consecutive Calendar Days Of Date Of Notice To Proceed. Surrency Is Committed To Affirmatively Further Fair Housing. This Project Is Covered Under The Requirements Of Section 3 Of The Hud Act Of 1968. This Contract Opportunity Is A Section 3 Covered Contract Section 3 Business Concerns Are Encouraged To Apply.
