- TRWD is hereby inviting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified firms to provide survey support services on an as-needed basis. Do not provide any fee estimates, pricing or billing rate information as part of the SOQ submittal.The Scope of Work is not comprehensive. Rather, it represents what TRWD anticipates will be needed for this project. Prospective vendors may recommend improvements to the scope in the project approach section of their SOQ (Statements of Qualifications). The selected firm will prepare a comprehensive scope that will be negotiated with TRWD.
