- Invitation for Bids (IFB) No. SFMTA-2025-64-LOC: Small SUV 2WD Plug-In Hybrid with Traffic Enforcement Upfitting The San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency (SFMTA), through this IFB, is seeking qualified Bidders to provide Bids for the procurement of 12 Small Sport Utility Vehicle (SUV) Two-Wheel Drive (2WD) Plug-In Hybrid Electric Vehicles (PHEV) with Traffic Enforcement Upfitting. A mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held on April 25, 2025, at 11:30 AM Pacific Time at: One South Van Ness Avenue, South Beach Conference Room, 6th Floor, Room 6042 San Francisco, CA 94103 Attendance is mandatory. Please email Gordon.Huang@sfmta.com to confirm your attendance at the Pre-Bid Conference. Bidders' representatives are urged to arrive on time. Topics already covered will not be repeated for the benefit of late arrivals. Failure to attend the Pre-Bid Conference shall not excuse the awarded Bidder from any obligations of a Purchase Order awarded pursuant to this Solicitation.
