Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs, Great Lakes Acquisition Center (GLAC) is searching forvendors with the capabilities to conduct a safety inspection for the HD-swing doors located at the Captain James A Lovell Federal Health Care Center, building 133. It was found that the magnetic locks prevent free movement and are not functioning properly.The contractor shall provide all labor, material, and equipment to provide maintenance and repairs. The vendor will remove and replace building 133 s dock swing door and frame kit with maglocks. The vendor will also dispose of project waste at the completion of work. The Contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary to remove and replace doors as identified in the SOW.The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is238290.All interested, responsible sources must submit a capability statement by Sunday September 7th, 2025 at 10:00 AM to Makena.James@VA.gov to include the following:DUNS number, organization name, organization address, point of contact, business size under NAICS 238290, and socioeconomic status.This Sources Sought is issued solely for information and planning purposes to determineavailability of qualified vendors and does not constitute a solicitation.
