Description
INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE:Veterans Health Administration, Hampton, VA intends to award on sole source basis a contract to Innovation at Work Inc for Switchboard Operator services to support the Hampton VA Medical Center Hampton VA. The period of performance is 1 Oct 2024 through 31 Sept 2025. The proposed contract action is for service for which the Government intends to procure from one source under the authority of FAR 6.302 Services include the receiving, transfer, assess, track, monitor and handle the disposition of inbound calls. As a Sole Source purchase quotes are not being requested. Responses shall be received, in writing, no later than 12:00 PM EST 30 Sep 24 to warren.pennil@va.gov. Any firm or individual submitting comments shall identify their firm name, point of contact, title, address and telephone number.
