**THIS PROJECT WILL BE ENTIRELY FUNDED WITH NON-APPROPRIATED FUNDS (NAF), THEREFORE, THE FEDERAL ACQUISITION REGULATION (FAR) DOES NOT AND WILL NOT APPLY.
The Work to be performed under this project includes, but is not limited to, providing the labor, equipment and materials necessary for civil/sitework, site utilities, landscape, structural, architectural, interiors, mechanical, plumbing, fire protection, electrical work and telecommunications conduit, completed in accordance with the drawings and specifications. This project consists of the construction of three-duplex buildings (six units) for rental use on Patrick SFB coastline property. The property, situated along Florida State Road A1A, is in a FEMA coastal zone and will require the proposed units to be on raised concrete piling foundations. Each duplex building consists of 2,700 sq. ft. of residential construction having two rental units of 1,350 sq. ft. The buildings will be of wood construction and 1 story in height. Additionally, the project will require a new access road for the new structures, boardwalk feature and site retention.
